Please contact our office via phone or email. If you send us an email one of our technicians will call you back as soon as possible to discuss the problem.
Prior to booking a “call out” we will attempt to assist you over the phone. Common problems that do not require a technician are power trip reset and incorrect control setting.
We may be able to walk you through resolving issues such as these without requiring a technician – saving you the call out fee!
What to expect at a "Call Out"
Our qualified and well trained technicians are fully equipped with all the right tools to ensure they can find the fault as quickly as possible. They also carry basic spare parts such as refrigerant, capacitators, contactors, relays, fuses and wiring which means, that where possible, they will fix your unit on the spot.
If your repair cannot be carried out on the day and needs to be quoted, you will be charged a “call out” fee. If Custom Service and Maintenance carries out the repair for you, you will be refunded the price of the call out.
