When their system is not functioning as expected, they often assume there is a fault that requires a technician on location. In some instances the problem may be due to an incorrect setting or a tripped fuse due to a power outage.
While many other heating and cooling specialists may send a technician out and charge a service fee in these instances, Custom Service & Maintenance takes a different approach.

What to expect at a "Call Out"
Our qualified and well trained technicians are fully equipped with all the right tools to ensure they can find the fault as quickly as possible. They also carry basic spare parts such as refrigerant, capacitators, contactors, relays, fuses and wiring which means, that where possible, they will fix your unit on the spot.
If your repair cannot be carried out on the day and needs to be quoted, you will be charged a “call out” fee. If Custom Service and Maintenance carries out the repair for you, you will be refunded the price of the call out.
