What is a Preventative Maintenance Agreement?
When you enter a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Custom Service & Maintenance, our technicians will carry out maintenance at your home or office quarterly, bi-annually or annually. The cost to you will depend on the frequency, location and number of units being serviced.

Inclusions
All clients that hold a current Maintenance Agreement with Custom Service and Maintenance receive the following:
No call out fee if an air conditioner breaks down.
A list of all equipment on site, which is checked off and signed after each visit.
Automatic reminders from our office that maintenance is due.
Log Book kept on site that includes plans of equipment layout, signed agreement, sign off sheets that are completed after every visit
