What is a Preventative Maintenance Agreement?

When you enter a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Custom Service & Maintenance, our technicians will carry out maintenance at your home or office quarterly, bi-annually or annually.  The cost to you will depend on the frequency, location and number of units being serviced.

All clients that hold a current Maintenance Agreement with Custom Service and Maintenance receive the following:

• No call out fee if an air conditioning unit breaks down.
• A list of all equipment on site, which is checked and signed off after each visit.
• Automatic reminders from our office that maintenance is due.
• A log book that is kept on site that includes plans of equipment layout, signed agreement, list of all equipment, sign off sheets that are completed after every visit.
